Sindh Electronic Centralized College Admission Program 2017-18 ADMISSION OPENED IN GOVT.COLLEGES KARACHI Karachi: Sindh Electronic Centralized College Admission Program (SECCAP) has announced the admission date, policy and form for the new session of 2017 to 2018 which is begun from 11th August 2017-today, while the admission form can be submitted to the proper channel. Remember, the last date of form submission is 24th August 2017 and classes of new session will begin on 11th September 2017. This decision has been taken in the meeting o f admission for new session which is presided by Secretary of College Education Pervez Ahmed in which the most senior members of board presented including Director of College Karachi professor Mashooq Baloch, Deputy Secretary of Academic and Training Iqabal Jamani, Focal Person of Central Policy Program as well as Deputy Director, Mohammad Afzal, and many others. STRUGGLE FOR INDEPENDENCE " Jange-e-Azadi "  (War of Independence) Although the British Empire expanded, the native Indians never accepted their dominance. On May 10, 1857, Indian soldiers of the British Indian Army, drawn mostly from Muslim units from Bengal, rose against the British in the Meerut garrison some 80 km from Delhi and marched to Delhi. The rising was mainly to protest against the use of the newly issued rifle bullets, alleged to have a wax sealing made of the fats of pigs that was to be removed from the teeth before use. Since pigs are forbidden in the Islam, the Muslim soldiers resented its use and took up arms against their British masters. At Delhi, they captured the famous "Lal Qila" (Red Fort) and reinstated Bahadar Shah Zafar (the last Mughul monarch) to throne.
